Working in the auto world, I get to see some pretty cool technology before it's officially released to the public. It's always exciting to see the latest additions to cars like the new Impala, Mazda 6 or Silverado.
Because a lot of the work I do is more "marketing" specific than it is "vehicle" specific, I have to be on the cutting edge of what's going on in the worlds of social media, public relations, and technology. So from time to time I stumble upon something so innovative I just have to share it.
This is one of those times.
A billboard in Spain aimed at helping abused children does so by showing a different message to children and adults - even if they see the billboard at the same time.

It's VERY cool stuff. The company pulled it off through a process called "lenticular printing".
The message you see is based on your vantage point. The adults see a picture of a kid with a warning that says, "sometimes child abuse is only visible to the child suffering it".
The kids see the same picture...but the message they see says "if somebody hurts you, phone us and we'll help you" along with a number for the ANAR (Aid to Children and Adolescents at Risk) Foundation.
Very cool stuff.
If only more advancements in our technology could be aimed at helping....imagine what the world would look like.
