Love our Animals Week at Roaring Brook Nature Center!  Join Roaring Brook as we celebrate Valentine's Week with our wonderful animals! Each day we make special Valentines for our animals and have a visit with the animal of the day. Your animal loving kids will have a ton of fun!

Valentine's Day Teddy Bear Tea Party at Imagine Nation Museum! Little ladies and young men are invited for a delightful tea party on Valentine's day! Come celebrate the ones you love and bring your bear friend! Meet "Teddy the Bear" and make new friends while creating heartfelt crafts.

Read it and Sleep at the Charter Oak Cultural Center. Read It and Sleep is a free monthly event! Parents and their children can enjoy snacks, hear a bedtime story and take home a free a copy of the book read at the event.

CONNECTIONS: A Storytime for Children with Autism at Enfield Central Library. Storytime for ages 3-6 running on the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month, beginning February 14th and ending May 23rd @ 9:30 am This is a drop-in program. No pre-registration is needed.

February Break is Shark Week at Mystic Aquarium!  It's all about SHARKS this February vacation at Mystic Aquarium. Take part in a shark scavenger hunt and stop by the Shark Encounter exhibit where you can reach in and actually touch a shark as it swims by! Vacation fun for kids!

Saturday Bird Walks at the Pratt Nature Center!  Bring your binoculars and do some exploring, talking about how the different birds might be dealing with the changes in the season. Build your birding skills at the Pratt Nature Center in New Milford! Aspiring bird nerds of all ages are welcome!

The Puppet Playground at the Stamford Center for the Arts - Palace Theatre! at The Palace: Stamford Center for the Arts. Come be a part of an interactive puppet show that answers questions such as: “What is a puppet?” “How many types of puppets are there?” and “Just who are these Monkey Boys anyway?” Hands-on demos, performance, video and of course… amazing Puppets!
