What is it about NO do You Not Understand?

 I will work as hard as anyone on the face of the earth to get someone a mortgage, but sometimes I get tested and these folks failed completely.

I was as diplomatic as I could be. “I can’t get you a mortgage, as there is not a lender that I have that would do a mortgage for you”. We went back and forth, and explained how everyone has wronged the two of them and that everyone is doing it to them.

I didn’t know how else to explain it, I told her they did not deserved another mortgage, as least for a few years. That still wasn’t good enough. She told me that she will need to keep shopping around. They’re right, actually they are always right.

Mr. Petrowsky,

    My brother in law referred you to us. We have everything against us in trying to get a mortgage but we were told that if anyone could figure out a way you could and if you couldn't you would be able to tell us what we need to do. We have been trying to find a home that we like that is available to rent for two years then we would have the option to purchase. We filed for bankruptcy Chapter 7 and had two houses in the bankruptcy. They both filed motions so they could foreclose on the house and sell it. I am told they are still showing on our credit and not in the bankruptcy. The bankruptcy was discharged earlier this month. Is there anyone out there crazy enough to give us a chance to start fresh? My husband just starting working this month as well and I am a full time student whose unemployment will soon run out. My husbands job pays well with a really good company. I am not looking for a home that is millions of dollars. I think $225,000 would be our max. Can you point us in the right direction?
