“Many Still in Foreclosure and Want Help”

Once or twice a week I will get a letter or email as the one below, looking for any help they can get. Unfortunately many servicers just keep stringing people along, many want to keep their homes and will do just about anything they can, but no one will talk to them or give them straight answers. Often when someone is finally reached, the common answers are we never got your information, you have to redo everything as everything is out of date or the loan is now taken over by someone else.

Unfortunately there is very little I can do. The company that is servicing the debt has the power to workout agreements to modify debt that is in default, but most just won’t do anything. Does this sound familiar to you?

Hello, I am asking if you can provide of any information of any programs for foreclosures:

I have a friend that her home has been refer to foreclosure and the bank is Bayview Loan Service, LLC; I helped her filling out the process of the application about six month ago in which they (my friend and her husband) mailed it to Bayview with the response from Bayview that they never received such application.

I, again, submitted the application through fax and mail, I tried to submitted through the email address that was provided, however the email address what rejecting the submitted web application (through my receipt of correspondence)

I thought of you in the process; not certain if you can help saving my friend of losing her home. They continue to submit the payments (with proof) to Bank of America, but Bank of America continues to re-send them the money received.

They have no idea to whom to pay the mortgage; it all started with the first mortgage bank then that mortgage bank sold to another then another in which last was Bank of America then now is like no one knows whom is the mortgage bank.

Very complicated, but I have seen the payment receipts;

Perhaps you can meet with them if you can have any and all assistant to help them find a lender/program to save their home.

I appreciate all the help you may provide.

Thank you
