“How Lender Account Reps Help Get Loans Closed”

The mortgage broker world has a unique distinction The majority of lenders have account reps and when they are really good at what they do and you do a lot of volume with them, they do everything humanly possible to keep us happy and the number one reason, they make money on the volume we do. 

Every account rep is always vying for more business, for the obvious reason, they want to make more money. Along the way, true relationships are formed, as I have done business with many of these reps for years and strong bonds have been formed. 

These reps are constantly calling or stopping by my office and are always letting me know, when I have a problem with one of my loans, to immediately contact them so they can expedite any and all problems. I don’t normally have to press them as they always know that if they fix issues, it could mean more future business and once accomplished, business they deserve. 

The relationships that have formed over the means that loans get done quicker and possibly loans get closed that others may not have been able to accomplish at all.
