My wife Gail has always made this day very special for our family. Growing up, Thanksgiving was just another day of work on our dairy farm. So, my wife taught me what it was all about and why it was so important.
Once Married, both sets of parents, our siblings and eventually our children enjoyed the Thanksgiving meal with us. Through the years we have lost my parents, Gail’s dad and brother. So one thing we never lose sight of is taking a moment to remember all that have been at our table that are no longer physically with us.
