Reflections About My Mortgage Practice

The start of the new year is the time to look back and see what changes can be made or reflect on what was working.

I wish I could have helped everyone that wanted me to get them a mortgage. I wish that all the people that have marginal credit, take the advice I gave them so that they are mortgage-able in the future. I wish real estate values would go up enough, so that more individuals could refinance and take advantage of these low rates.

I know that I have no control over many of these wishes, but what I do have control over is how I conduct my mortgage practice. That I treat each and every clien, with the utmost respect and care, no matter what the situation is. If I do this part, the rest will take care of itself.
