My House Flipping Business is being Effected by Super Storm
Real estate investors ask the question whether the property damage from Hurricane Sandy will be offset by the construction work it creates.
I have 2 different contractors that I would contact when we needed extra help for our house flipping business. We would need them, when we have 3 or 4 houses being renovated at the same time, well that is the case right now.

I contacted the companies, both have moved the majority to their business out of state, one to RI, the other to NJ. Both said, they have already gotten licensed in those states and feel they will have work for a long time.

One good thing that has happened, they are both hiring more people, many of which have not had work for some time. One other thing they told me, was that the biggest issue is they are having trouble getting lodging for the workers.
Isn’t it crazy how, such destruction can turn into such a benefit for others?
