I presently have 2 properties on deposit that are short sales. I have already been put on notice, that if not extended, then one of these transactions is not going forward.
I am not surprised and others will make similar decisions and that is not good for folks that need to get out of their current home. It will certainly hurt many buyers as well, going forward.
Those we elected to lead in this country should certainly get failing grades for their work that they are doing – or should I say not doing.
