When I first started my career, I took every imaginable seminar that was supposed to teach about how to work with extroverts, introverts or any other personality type.
It didn’t take me long to figure out, it didn’t matter to me. If you allow your clients to know you, that you treat them with respect and truly listen to them. My clients quickly learned that I am listening and I can tell you, they want to be heard.
I stopped doing any personality type training, where someone was attempting to convert someone else to your way of thinking. I focused strictly on common sense and intuition and never looked back.
