Dodd-Frank is Broken and Harming Recovery

Dodd-Frank Act and housing finance reform.

Many of the regulations are still being written. Congress made a mistake passing this bill, with the story it needs to be done to protect the consumer. What a crock.

The entire bill should be repealed, but it won’t be, at least not while the current administration is in power and the consumer will continue to pay the price.

Since the original passing of the bill, many in congress feel that changes need to be made. Hopefully some of the fixes will benefit the consumer.

Dodd-Frank, Housing Remain At The Top of Congress’ Agenda

By: Victoria Finkle

"The congressional playbook for the new year is a familiar one, as lawmakers will continue to oversee implementation of the Dodd-Frank reform law and possibly begin to make inroads on housing finance reform."

Dodd leaving when he did was no off the cuff decision, his role in the housing colapse will be taught in schools for years. Of course now he lobbies Obama for tax relief for hollywood.
Cash rich and house poor is the new standard, let your 401ks be your bragging rights and not some structure that will always be a monet pit.
