Welfare Can Make More Sense Than Work

The next thing we are going to see is that welfare income is going to qualify for a mortgage. If the Federal Government is writing new laws all the time that haven’t been legally approved, it might not be such a far-fetched idea.
I get calls all the time from folks on welfare asking if they can get a mortgage. I will sometimes ask how long they have been collecting section 8 welfare and how long do you expect to be collecting welfare. You don’t want to know the answers to the questions. I wonder what I would say if it was possible, actually you already know the answer.
