“ I Have Been Waiting Almost a Week to Speak to an Loan Officer”

I got a call yesterday from one of my clients, she asked if I would call her son and his fiancé and get them pre-qualified for a mortgage. She let me know the fiancé worked for Bank of America, but they were having difficulty speaking to a loan officer. That is really funny!

I called her son and set up a time to speak when they would both be together. I got the necessary information and let them know they were all set and would issue a pre-qualification letter in the morning. There was a bit of urgency as they had identified a home they wanted to see.

They set up their appointment to see the home the next evening, sent the letter they needed to them and their Realtor and they are already starting the negotiation process.

For the life of me, how someone is willing to wait for nearly a week to speak to a LO at a big box bank is just plain crazy.
