Local Man Seeks Help After Cancer Treatment

Manchester resident Richard Hastings has had a tough time of it lately.

Numerous bouts of pneumonia followed by a diagnoses of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma have taken its toll on Manchester resident Richard Hastings over the past year.

But, in October of this year, Hastings finally got some good news when the doctors told him he was "cancer free." Hastings has also been readmitted to Hartford Hospital recently due to unexplained swelling of the brain.

However, Hastings has been unable to work recently due to his illnesses, and family and friends have turned to a GoFundMe campaign to help Hastings stay afloat during these tough times.

More information about Hastings and the campaign can be found here.
