Manchester Landlord Advisory Panel

Manchester Landlord Advisory Panel: A new advisory panel has been established for Manchester landlords of residential and commercial property. This panel is established to aid landlords in properly screening tenants, gaining stronger positions with leases and remedying criminal or code issues with present tenants. The panels focus will be to provide landlords with advice, sample leases and lease addendum's to cover such issues as zero crime tolerance and remedying tenant fire, building or zoning violations. The goal is to grant landlords more authority over violations to their property and to prevent criminal behavior at their property.

This service Manchester Landlord Advisory Panels advice is free to all Manchester landlords. Onsite advice will be available from the Manchester Police Chief, The Manchester Fire Marshal, a Manchester Real Estate Broker, A Manchester Property Manager, a Community Outreach person and other town officials. It will be held at Spencer Inn and Suites- 191 Spencer Street, Manchester- across from Shop Rite- October 6th, 2011 at 7:00 pm.
