"Sundays at 4" Pop-Up Art Show to Take Place on Sunday, August 4th, 4-6 pm

The East Side Neighborhood Resource Center at 153 Spruce
Street will transform into a vibrant pop-up art gallery this summer for an
event series known as "First Sundays at 4". The goal is to foster a
stronger presence of arts and cultural opportunities within the community while
showcasing the talent of local artists. Additionally, the event acts as a fundraiser for the
non-profit East Side Livable Neighborhood Group (ESLNG). ELSNG's mission is to
make Manchester's
east side neighborhood a better place to live through the promotion of
community events, artistic projects and social gatherings.

The third and final event in this summer's series will take
place on Sunday, August 4, 2013 from 4:00-6:00 pm. The show's featured artist
will be Stephen Sottile, a Manchester resident and professional printmaker for over 25 years. While Sottile's primary
focus has been the creation of metal plate etchings and aquatints of various
still life subjects, he has also done a number of collagraphs, woodcuts, solar
plates, gelatin prints, drypoints and monotypes. Cafe-style refreshments will
be sold at the event, and live music courtesy of Summit Studios will also be
featured. There is no cost to attend.
