Connecticut residents are already
seeing the benefits of the Affordable Care Act, but the next few months will
see big leaps forward.  On October 1 our new health insurance marketplace,
Access Health CT, opened for business, and in January, changes will go into
effect that are expected to reduce the number of uninsured in the state by over
100,000.

covered.  Help in enrolling is available
at no cost by assisters that are certified by Access Health CT.
