Come to the Manchester Public Library on
August 22, 2013 from 6:30 – 8 p.m. This
popular annual event will feature face painting, balloon animals and music by Island Rhythm.
The grand-prize winners will be announced as well. This program will occur at the Mary Cheney Library building, 586
