Join the young creatives in our town for a grand opening celebration of Young@Art, the newest art-focused organization in Manchester for 15 to 25 year olds.
Studio space, supplies and mentoring are provided to talented young people who need these critical components to create fine art, sculpture, poetry, music, dramatic works, jewelry and so much more.
Co-Founders Chris Chaffin and Gwyneth Amy will be there to talk with potential artists and other members of the advisory board will support this exciting event. Young artists will be at work and others will be selling their art works.
Funds are needed to keep things free to the young artists, so your donations are gratefully received at any time. The first $100 donations made during the grand opening will receive a $20 gifts certificate courtesy of The Gathering Restaurant, McKee Street, Manchester.
Young@Art is an offshoot of Imagine Main Street, the monthly arts and cultural events held in downtown Manchester.
