This Manchester Public Library program for children up to age six begins on November 9, 2012 and does not require registration.  It takes place on Fridays from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Cheney.  A book display will be available as well.  Call 860-643-6892 at the Whiton Memorial Library Building, 100 North Main Street, Manchester for more information.
