Divorce, or the breakup of a significant relationship, is
one of the most difficult life events to go through. Not only is it an emotional challenge but it
is also a time of much confusion.
Individuals often feel overwhelmed and unsure of where to turn. The Divorce Recovery group is a safe,
confidential space where you can talk or just listen as you begin on the road to healing. You will receive supportive
counseling and guidance from qualified, experienced clinicians, as well as feedback from peers who are facing similar experiences.
The group will provide you with valuable resources for
coping and managing painful emotions and changes; including, restructuring relationships with family and friends, helping children adjust and looking
towards rebuilding and reclaiming your life. The Divorce Recovery Group is ongoing and runs for 6 weeks. We meet on Thursdays from 6:30 until 7:45 and the next group begins on January 24, 2013 in Manchester, CT. The cost is $279 for the 6 sessions. For more information and to secure your spot
