Divorce/ break up support group for women

Divorce is a period of transition and great emotional upheaval. This 8 week therapeutic support group for women will be starting soon at Transitions Counseling Center in Glastonbury. This group is intended to help women work through the emotions commonly experienced during a break up such as denial, anger, fear, rejection, loneliness and grief. We will be using the book 'Rebuilding when your relationship ends' by Bruce Fischer. Membership limited to 8.
