I want to see Manchester thrive.  Manchester has great services for the residents and is great place to live.  I believe that I have the abilities needed to secure the services currently offered while keeping the tax burden away from the residents.

What experience do you bring to the table?

In my current role at Highland Park Market, it is my responsibility to oversee the daily operations of the company.  I make sure that we stay on track with our budget while maintaining, if not improving, the quality of products and services. It is vital for our business to run efficiently while keeping our employees and customers happy.  Our town government needs to be run the same way.

What do you think the town's most pressing issue is?

Spending that causes tax increases.  Our spending went up 5.1% this year.  Many people have expressed to me that a spending increase of this amount is unacceptable.  We do need to continue improving the infrastructure of the town but we need to do so while sticking to a responsible budget.

What do you love most about Manchester?

Manchester is home.  I am lucky enough to have most of my family living in town.  We have grown as a city but we still have that small community feel.  Those who live here take pride in the town.  I don’t believe that anyone would actually want to leave Manchester.  No other place can match the level of pride that Manchester carries.

What do you like to do for fun?

I became a homeowner about a year ago.  I am still having fun working on the house.  I am sure the fun will fade away eventually but for now I am still enjoying the work.  If I am not spending free time working at the house, I am hanging out with my family.  By the time we all get bored with each other, one of us has another child to keep things interesting.
