What Time is State of the Union Address?

President Obama is scheduled to deliver the annual State of the Union address tonight.

President Obama will deliver his fourth State of the Union address tonight.

The address begins at p p.m. (eastern time) and will be televised on most major networks.

President Obama is expected to focus on jobsand the economy during his State of the Unioin Address, according to a PBS report.
