Manchester took a direct hit from the Blizzard of 2013, with an estimated 32 inches of snow being dropped on the town in less than 24 hours.
Still, as of Saturday evening many were complaining that their streets still were not plowed, and fretting about what would happen if emergency vehicles needed to access their street.
Plows are out there all over town, but there have also been reports of plows and trucks getting stuck in the deep snow as they attempt to plow many streets.
