Manchester Police Blotter: March 3 - March 4, 2013

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of March 4, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

March 3

Alan T. Teixeria, no age given, of 20 Mineral Springs Ave., Ludlow, MA, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. 

Juliano Dos Sandos, no age given, of 12 Mckee St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Allen Thomas Oakes, no age given, of 4 Thompson Court, Enfield, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny, disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment after police say he smashed his girlfriend's head through a pantry window. 

John Dennis Walsh, no age given, of 742 Hillstown Rd., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police and evading responsibility in an accident. 

March 4

Christopher Malineau, no age given, of 64 Timrod Rd., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Kenneth James Meek, no age given, of 82 Fairfield St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Latravis Antino Moore, 27, of 111 Wells Dr., Manchester, was charged with two counts of the sale of marijuana. 

Michael Alain Oliver, 24, of 72 Gloucester Court, Newington, was charged with three counts of violation of a protective order. 

Rona McLeod, no age given, of 14 Pine St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and second-degree threatening after police say she threatened her boyfriend in front of an officer.

John T. Williams, no age given, of 3 Clairemont St., East Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

Michael Eugene Keene, no age given, of 74 Main St., Windsor Locks, was charged with failure to appear. 

Amanda Lee Visny, 27, of 47 Congress St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Kristopher Robert Johnson, no age given, of 666 Boston Tpke., Bolton, was charged with two counts of violation of probation. 

Donald T. Harrerle, no age given, of 122 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and evading responsibility in an accident.
