Plans call for two sections of the dog park when it is fully completed, a 0.4-acre fenced in area that would be for “small dogs," and a 0.9-acre fenced in area for “Large Dogs.” Only the 0.4-acre area will be completed by June 3, with the second phase expected to be completed by 2014.
