On a more serious note, the Northeastern Poultry Congress will be holding their annual poultry show in January at the Eastern States Exposition Center in West Springfield, MA. Mark your calendars for Jan. 14 and 15, 2012, when the Mallory Complex will host large fowl, bantam, waterfowl, turkey and trio classic shows, displays and junior exhibitor and showmanship competitions. The show will be open to the public, free of charge, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, and from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Sunday. There will also be a large selection of quality stock for sale.
