Do You Have Manchester's Best Decked Holiday House?

Semi-finalists in Patch's Deck the House holiday contest will have their electric bill paid for the month of December, while the winner will be awarded $100,000 for their local school district.

The holiday spirit is clearly visible all over Manchester at the moment, as from Main Street to the mall area glitters with festive Christmas lights.

But beyond the commercial areas, where are the best residential holiday displays in town? If you have the holiday spirit, and lights, this season, let us know!

Patch has launched a Deck the House holiday contest. Semi-finalists will have their electric bills for the month of December paid by Patch and the winner will be awarded $100,000 towards their local schools.

You've got nothing to lose and an audience to gain. After you submit your photo of your holiday display on Patch—starting December 8—Patch users can then vote on the Best Decked House in their neighborhood. The winner of that will represent our local Patch towns in the national contest.

Then, Patch judges will vote on the winners from all 860 Patch towns nationwide and select 24 finalists who will compete at the national level. The 24 finalists each will have their electric bills paid by Patch for the month of December, up to $500.

The contest officially begins on Dec. 8 so stay tuned.
