'5 Things You Need to Know About...' Flu Clinics, Open Houses, and Meditation Classes

Your local highlights for Tuesday, Sept. 20.

1. The Manchester Health Department will host a walk-in on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. at the Manchester Senior Center located at 549 East Middle Turnpike.

2. Illing Middle School will hold an open house for Eighth Grade students and their parents beginning at 7 p.m.

3. Don't forget that the is still going on through Oct. 2 at the Big E Fairgrounds in West Springfield, MA. It's about the only place around where you can eat fried Kool-Aid.

4. The Conversation Commission will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Lincoln Center Hearing Room, 494 Main St.
