Farmington Bank Hosts Free Small Business Seminars, Including One in East Hartford

In recognition of National Small Business Week, Farmington Bank is hosting four Small Business Seminars in the greater Hartford area. Each seminar is free and open to the public and focused on a specific topic relevant to small businesses:

·         “Preventing Fraud” on Tuesday, May 13 from 8:00-9:30 am at Central Connecticut State University’s Institute of Technology and Business Development, 185 Main Street, New Britain;

·         “Leveraging Technology” on Wednesday, May 14 from 8:00-9:30 am at the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology, Inc., 222 Pitkin Street, Suite 101, East Hartford;

·         “Utilizing Social Media” on Thursday, May 15 from 8:00-9:30 am at Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce, 200 Main Street, Bristol;

·         “Accessing Loans” on Friday, May 16 from 8:00-9:30 am at The Lyceum Resource and Conference Center, 227 Lawrence Street, Hartford.
