Excited about downtown Manchester getting a BBQ joint?
Then you won't have to wait much longer to sample some of Hilltop BBQ's cuisine.
Ernie Piatti, one of the owners of the new restaurant at 631 Main St., told Patch Wednesday, June 5, 2013, that plans were to open "lightly" for Pride in Manchester events in the downtown area on Thursday and Saturday.
Piatti said they would serve a limited menu and be cash only during those times.
