HDI Memorial Project on Manchester Review

Rotary Club’s HDI Memorial Project featured on Manchester Review in June

The Manchester community has responded in a heartwarming manner to the tragic massacre of eight workers at HDI last August. The Manchester Rotary Club’s project to build a memorial to the victims is featured on Manchester Review in June. Guests Kate Sims and Rick Lawrence, Rotary Club members, talk about the HDI project, the tremendous response from Manchester residents and the theme of the memorial.

Following a very successful fundraising picnic in May, the club is continuing efforts to meet it’s fundraising goal before August 3 when the memorial will be dedicated. Anyone interested in donating can go to: www.hdimemorial.com  call 860-268-9350.

The Manchester Rotary’s involvement in water projects in Guatamala is also discussed on the show.

Jack Peak, Manchester Review host, comments on the increasing violence in Manchester.

Manchester Review airs on Cox PATV channel 15 every Monday night at 9 PM.
