Curious about the scaffolding around Town Hall on Center Street lately?
General Manager Scott Shanley told Manchester Patch that the scaffolding is the end of a re-painting job of the building that was begun last year, but curtailed due to the weather.
Shanley said the paint job, which is just isolated to the cupola of the building, should be finished in the next couple of weeks.
