MCC Celebrates 50th Birthday
Guests invited to attend the celebration include legislators, the state's Board of Regents for Higher Education, local business and community leaders, town officials and MCC faculty, staff and students.
Manchester Community College is turning 50, and is throwing a party to celebrate.
MCC, the state's largest community college, will celebrate its 50th birthday on Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2013, with a celebration in the Campus Quad that includes food, music, dancing, giveaways and special guests (including the MCC Cougar mascot). There will also be birthday cake, we are told.
