"5 Things You Need to Know About..." Budgets, Blogging, and Bullies

State lawmakers approved a budget, we're still looking for bloggers, and we have advice on how to deal with adult bullies.

1. The Democratic-controlled Connecticut House of Representatives approved a for the state for the coming two fiscal years late Tuesday evening. The $40.1 billion budget plugs an estimated $3.5 billion deficit but raises taxes on numerous goods and services.
