The skills include discipline, self control, patience, confidence, corage, tolreance, honesty, respect and integrity among others. Training in a quality martial arts school reinforces those character building qualities that are timeless and transcend all cultural boundaries.
Master Joel Waldron, Owner of The Academy of Martial Arts & Personal Development believes that "the martial arts are an invaluable tool in developing children into confident, capable members of society. Adults benefit from a positive, safe and challenging environment as well as the chance to constantly grow mentally and physically.
