Narcotics Task Force Arrests 20 in Drug Sweep

Police also seized four vehicles, 56 Oxycontin pills and $818 in cash.

The East Central Narcotics Task Force, a coalition of the Manchester, Vernon, South Windsor and Glastonbury police departments, executed a number of search warrants Friday and arrested 20 people in the area who are suspected of either dealing drugs or involved in narcotics activities.

In a statement, the task force said it executed three search warrants throughout the area, seized four vehicles, 56 oxycontin pills and $818 in cash.

The following people were arrested as a result of Friday's sweep:

Michael McIntire, 20, of 1752 Chalker Hill, Glastonbury, was charged with two warrants for the sale of marijuana. He is held on a $50,000 bond for each warrant.

Charles Anderson, 51, of 11 Carpenter Lane, Bloomfield, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and conspiracy. He is being held on a $100,000 bond. Police also seized Anderson's 2012 Nissan Titan, 34 Oxycontin Pills and $239 in cash.

Ryan Freedman, 18, of 478 Stanley Dr., Glastonbury, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell and conspiracy. He is being held on a $10,000 bond.

Matthew Lacombe, 19, of 26 Blueberry Lane, East Hartford, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell and conspiracy. He is being held on a $10,000 bond.

Jayon Knight, 20, of 200 Nutmeg Lane Apt. 119, East Hartford, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell and conspiracy. He is being held on a $10,000 bond.

Michael Durdek, 21, of 50 Church St. Apt. 1A, East Hartford, was charged with possession of marijuana and conspiracy. He is being held on a $10,000 bond.

Colby Codraro, 18, of 30 Elm St., Rocky Hill, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held on a $10,000 bond.

Timothy McGuire, 34, of 290 Foote Rd., Glastonbury, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held on a $10,000 bond.

Eartha Hester, 36, of 233 Ellington Rd. Apt. 306, East Hartford, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and conspiracy. He is being held on a $125,000 bond. Police also seized Hester’s 2002 Mitsubishi Galant and $579 in cash.

Anthony Brown, 40, of 360 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with two arrest warrants for possession of narcotics and the sale of narcotics. He is being held on a $200,000 bond for each warrant.

Alison Dunn, 40, of 965 Hopewell Rd., Glastonbury, was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is being held on a $10,000 bond.

Adam Garabedian, 23, of 482 Broad St. Apt. 37, of Bristol, was charged with possession of narcotics and the sale of narcotics. He is being held on a $10,000 bond.

Ernest Dailey, 53, of 357 Albany Ave., Hartford, was charged with possession of narcotics and the sale of narcotics. He is being held on a $50,000 bond. Police also seized Daily's 2006 Cadillac and 22 oxycontin pills. Daily also had an additional arrest warrant for the sale and possession of narcotics and an additional $100,000 court set bond.

Gene Walker, 69, of 164 Kensington St., Hartford, was charged with possession of narcotics and the sale of narcotics. He is being held on a $50,000 bond.

Karen Chipchase, 40, of 174 Center St., Manchester, was charged with possession of more than four ounces of marijuana, possession with intent to sell, operating a drug factory, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school and risk of injury to a minor. He is being held on a $150,000 bond.

Ronald White, 30, of 88 Oak St. Apt. 7, Manchester, was charged with three arrest warrants for the possession of cocaine and the sale of cocaine. He is being held on a $10,000 for each warrant.

ELizabeth Louden, 51, of 68 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with two arrest warrants for the sale of narcotics. She is being held on a $2,500 bond for each warrant.

A juvenile, whose information is not being released, was also arrested in the sweep and charged with possession of marijuana and the sale of marijuana. The juvenile was brought to juvenile detention.

The East Central Narcotics Task Force, in cooperation with other municipal, and federal law enforcement agencies, is interested in stopping illegal narcotics sales and use in the Manchester, South Windsor, Vernon, and Glastonbury communities.
