Manchester Police Blotter: Illegal Possession, Operating Under Suspension and Issuing Bad Checks

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Feb. 5, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

 

February 3

Tyreice E. Durham, no age given, of 525 Crown St., Meriden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, second-degree forgery and interfering with an officer. 

John Thomas Kelly, no age given, of 27 North Park St., Vernon, was charged with interfering with an officer and possession of marijuana. 

Latoya Melissa Dunn-Decker, no age given, of 96 Westerly St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Jasper Lee Kelly, no age given, of 2-4 Pearl St., Manchester, was charged with criminal attempt to posses crack cocaine and interfering with police. 

Shaun Rochelle Lewis, no age given, of 875 Center St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police, possession of crack cocaine, possession with intent to sell and possession within 1,500 feet of a school. 

Stephen Rafael Figueroa, no age given, of 29 Pearl St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Joshua Lee Torres, no age given, of 12 Moore St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny and issuing a bad check. 

David Philip Villone, no age given, of 294 South Main St., East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace. 

Christopher Delmastro, no age given, of 6A French Rd., Bolton, was charged with breach of peace. 

February 4

Ebony M. Evans, no age given, of 65 Acorn St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy for allegedly shoplifting with two others at Home Depot.  

Tania S. Anderson, no age given, of 688 Garden St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy for allegedly shoplifting with two others at Home Depot.  

Yasmin Levita Watson, no age given, of 20 Westland St., Hartford, was charged with was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy for allegedly shoplifting with two others at Home Depot.  

Justin R. St. Peter, no age given, of 70 Imperial Dr. Apt. A, Manchester, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and interring with police after police say he was found with 12 bags of heroin during a traffic stop. 

Lois M. Chappell, no age given, of 68 Ridge St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Courtlan Theolplius Smith Sr., no age given, was charged with driving under the influence, interfering with police and operating a motor vehicle under suspension. 

February 5

Jose A. Martialez, no age given, of 34 Bunce Dr., Manchester, was charged with illegal possession of narcotics and possession of narcotic prescription drugs not in their original container. 

Neil J. Lujeuness, no age given, of 117 Satari Dr., Coventry, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Roosevelt Grant, no age given, of 178 New State Rd. #21, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Viamira Maldonado, no age given, of 685 Imperial Dr., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Matthew W. Hebert, no age given, of 35 Ginger Lane Apt. 136, East Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Kimberley Byrd, no age given, of 1115 Albany Ave., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy.
